Dining
Cooked slowly,
eaten outdoors
Evara Restaurant seats 110 beside the pool, and runs four cuisines out of one kitchen without any of them feeling like an afterthought.
Evara Restaurant
Four cuisines, one kitchen
North Indian, South Indian, Chinese and Continental, plus a breakfast buffet that guests mention in reviews more often than the pool. The kadhai paneer is the house argument-settler; the dal makhani has been on since day one and is not going anywhere.
Tables run from the air-conditioned hall out to the pool deck and, on clear evenings, onto the lawn. Breakfast is a buffet, lunch and dinner are à la carte or buffet depending on occupancy, and in-room dining runs 24 hours.
Jain, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-specific meals are cooked properly rather than improvised — tell us at the time of booking rather than at the table and the kitchen will be ready.
