Day oneHaldi on the Lawn
Marigolds, morning light and the ridge behind the mandap — an open-air haldi and mehendi with the mountains watching.
Weddings & Banquets
A 6,000 sq ft pillarless banquet hall, three open lawns and seventy-four keys — which means the whole property can be yours for the weekend.
The venues
The banquet hall is genuinely pillarless, which matters more than brochures admit — no sightline problems for a mandap, no columns to design a stage around. It seats up to 300 and holds a full reception with a dance floor.
The three lawns are the reason most couples choose Evara. Running sangeet on one and phera on the other means nobody spends the morning breaking down a set. Both are level, both take a marquee, and both look out at the Himalayan foothills.
With 74 rooms and 80 bedrooms, up to 248 guests sleep on property. Everyone wakes up in the same place they danced. That is the part people remember.
What's included
Masters of the destination wedding
Venue, rooms, food, decor, safaris for the guests and the send-off — planned end to end by one team, on one phone number, under one roofline of mountains. You bring the families; Evara brings everything else.
74 rooms on one campus — every guest wakes where they danced.
Three lawns and two halls — every function gets its own stage.
In-house kitchen and bakery — menus tasted, counters live.
Vetted decor, sound and light partners under our event manager.
Safari mornings, bonfire sangeets, mountain-backed pheras.
Three days, three settings
Every function gets its own venue and its own mood — nobody dismantles your sangeet to build your phera.
Day oneMarigolds, morning light and the ridge behind the mandap — an open-air haldi and mehendi with the mountains watching.
Day two
6,000 sq ft, pillarless, and lit like a film set. Dance floor, stage, sound — and air-conditioning for the lehengas.
Day threeDawn phera on the main lawn as mist lifts off the Kumaon foothills. Your photographer will not sleep, happily.

Send the date and a rough guest count and we will come back with availability, a venue plan and an indicative quote — usually the same day.
We host site visits daily. Give us a day's notice and we will keep the hall free so you can see it empty.
Your wilderness escape
Dates go early for the October–March window. If you have a month in mind, tell us now and we will hold what we can.
