The spa
Not a menu of spa-sounding words
The Ayurvedic side of our menu is run by therapists trained in the tradition. Shirodhara is a real shirodhara — warm oil, steady stream, forty-five minutes — not a scalp massage with a new name. Kizhi uses heated herbal poultices, and Abhyanga is done with two therapists when you book it that way.
Alongside that sits everything you would expect: Swedish and deep tissue at a pressure you set, hot stone in winter, body scrubs, facials and a full salon. Steam and sauna are complimentary with any 60-minute treatment.
Rooms are quiet and face the trees. Book ahead if you can — the 5 PM slots after the afternoon safari go first, and on wedding weekends the salon fills a week out.

Please arrive ten minutes early. Tell your therapist about any injury, pregnancy or medical condition before the treatment begins. Cancellations inside two hours are charged in full.
